Looking for something traditional but with a new and unbelievable twist? Let your taste buds meet our Salted Peanut Chocolate Pie; you know they want to say hello. This pie starts with our hand-pressed and cut dough in a pie tin, then we fill it our famous pecan pie base, which actually earned us a spot on local FOX2 morning news here in St. Louis. Traditionally known for being a creamy custard-like base that is super sweet, the chocolate we add while it's baking brings the sweet tones down and brings the flavor of the cocoa out making it the perfect balance with many different textures. After we hand mix the base to the perfect consistency we add a layer salted peanuts instead of pecans, this gives the pie an awesome twang of salt and the crunchy peanut taste.
Each one of our pies are custom baked to order, this means that we only bake your order after you place it. We never keep anything on shelves allowed to get old and stale. Each item is made by one individual from beginning until the end to make sure that everything is consistent and exactly what it should be.
This item can't be shipped so it is for local delivery only.
