After we hand roll up the ganashe into balls we roll it through Christmas colored/shaped sprinkles to give it the signature look of the season. We also care about quality, so we only make these in small batches after you order them to make sure you get the freshest of truffles, unlike other places that may have had these sitting on a shelf since last year. These truffles are also bigger than just one bite, but make sure you order enough for everyone, one is never enough.
